Delivery, returns and refunds

Orders are confirmed upon successful payment. Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery details. Books are not returnable or exchangeable for change of mind or incorrect selection, subject to applicable law. For damaged, defective or incorrect books, email support@stemsupfoundation.org within 48 hours of delivery with order details and photographs. After verification, a replacement or refund will be arranged as applicable under this policy and applicable law.

Books are delivered within 3 to 5 days of your order, depending on your pin code. Digital guides are sent by email straight after payment.

Bulk orders for schools and organisations are confirmed with you in conversation, including quantities, pricing and delivery dates, before any payment is made.
